Most orders are prepared and dispatched in around 1–3 working days. Busy periods and public holidays can add a little extra time.

Tracking
UK deliveries include tracking. For international orders, tracking is available when a tracked or signed service is selected.
International orders
Local customs duties or import charges are not included in our prices and, where applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

Keep it unworn
Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition. Personalised items can only be returned if faulty.
